Quest

“PSSTT! Wanna Solve A Mystery”- Come discover The Mysteries of God

After a full summer, I am looking forward to reconnecting and diving deeper into faith with our Questors as they head back to school.

This Fall, we will be investigating God’s Word through a detective-style method. We will discover how to Observe, Interpret, and Apply His Word in a fun and exciting way using the Kay Arthur and Jana Arndt series.

We will begin the evening at 6:15 with fellowship time where we will hangout, snack, and play games. Throughout the evening we will worship God with Hillsong Kids as they interactively present TELL THE WORLD. (HILLSONGMUSIC.COM) Our teen assistants, will continue to join us in connecting with the kids in fun and creative ways.

We will also have a girls and guys small group time where the kids can GRAPPLE with the stuff in their world. This semester we have the blessing of men from the church who will participate during this time in order to encourage and pray with our young men. Mrs. Pam will join us again in encouraging the hearts of our young ladies.

Finally, we will complete the evening with a time where we will seek to be more passionate and bold in sharing our faith with others as we Dare to be a Daniel. (DARETOBEADANIEL.COM)

If you, haven’t had an opportunity to check out our new mural please stop in. In hopes to further develop our identity as Quest 456, we have added a mural of a ship setting sail, seeking adventures far and wide with the goal of bringing home Kingdom Seekers. This comes at a neat time when C.S. Lewis’ Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the third book in his Chronicles of Narnia series, will be introduced in theatres by Disney, early December.

Once again, I am eager to join with you in discipling our children, teaching and discovering with them the immensity of the love of Christ. I hope that your children can join us as we continue this Quest that will lead us into Eternity.

Together with all the saints, may we have the power, to discover how wide & long & high & deep is the Love of Christ and furthermore the Mystery of Christ- in us. (Ephesians 2:8 & Colossians 1:27)
