A Journey of Prayer for My Children

Day 4 Humility... is having a correct evaluation of ourselves.

Romans 12:3
3For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

Lord Jesus, You are the perfect God.
I earnestly ask that they will not have an attitude of superiority or perfectionism.
Please allow them to see themselves as one of Your wonderfully gifted creations.
Grant them clear and correct insight into the capabilities You have given them.

Romans 12:16
16Live in harmony with one another.
Do not be proud,
but be willing to associate with people of low position.
Do not be conceited.

Father, thank you that You free us to enjoy people of every status.
I ask that You give them the gift of humility.
Supply them with a correct evaluation of themselves regarding those with whom they will work and play.
May they not have a "know-it-all" attitude.
